Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
CBT is a “problem-focused” and “action-oriented” form of therapy. The therapist’s role is to assist the client in finding and practicing effective strategies to address the identified goals and to alleviate symptoms of the problem. So, basically, we try to identify the problem causing thoughts and beliefs and help the client address them and thus bring a change in their behaviour.
Trauma Resolution
Trauma Resolution is a life-coaching method where people are helped reducing the traumatic stress from emotionally or physically painful events in the past. It involves re-experiencing past traumas in a completely safe environment, free of distractions and judgements. The one-to-one therapy sessions with the coach help people reduce the post traumatic stress, panic attacks, depression and anxiety.
